Cecelia M. Powell Mounts, 57, of Venetia, died Wednesday June 10, 1998, in AUH, Canonsburg. Surviving are three sons, Richard G. Powell of Venetia, Robin R. Powell and Randy M. Powell, both of Finleyville; three daughters, Donna J. Chacko of Monongahela, MaryEllen Powell of Van Voorhis and Rebecca M. Klanchar of Eighty Four; 20 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
