Thomas "Duck" Masters Jr., 64, of Jefferson R.D.1, died at 5:07 p.m. Thursday, June 11, 1998, at his home. Mr. Masters lived his entire life in Jefferson where he was Baptist. He was employed as a maintenance man for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Surviving are a nephew, William "Bill" Masters of Fredericktown; a niece, Linda Masters of Waynesburg; and a great-niece, Mary Rollins. Deceased are two sisters, Weatha and Wilma Masters.
