Charlotte Thomas Munce, 64, of Washington, died Tuesday, June 9, 1998, in Washington Hospital. Mrs. Munce, a homemaker and Protestant, was a 1953 graduate of Washington High School. On November 12, 1956, in Washington, she married Roy S. Munce, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Thomas Munce of Eighty Four; three daughters, Rochelle Block of Washington and Karen Seabolt and Rolinda Nixon, both of Prosperity; a sister, Lois Varner of Kent, Ohio; 12 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
