Frank Czernecki, 89, of Marianna died Friday, June 12, 1998, in Presbyterian Medical Center, Washington, after a brief illness. He spent his youth in Poland, coming to the United States where he was employed by Bethlehem Mines at Mine 58 for 40 years before retiring in 1968. He was a member of the St. Oliver Plunkett Parish of Sts. Mary and Ann Roman Catholic Church, Marianna. He also was a member of the American Legion Post 744 of Marianna, the Marianna Field and Stream Club and the United Mine Workers of America. Mr. Czernecki enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing and the outdoors. On January 4, 1966, he married Helen Molinets, who survives. Also surviving are one daughter, Frances A.
