Joan Williams, 52, of Fallowfield Township, died Sunday, June 14, 1998, in Monongahela Valley Hospital, Carroll Township. Mrs. Williams was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Charleroi. Surviving are two sons, Stephen Williams of Fallowfield Township and Shawn Williams of Mt. Pleasant; a daughter, Amber Williams-Hughes of Fallowfield Township; and eight grandchildren.
