Bertha May Horton Brown, 98, of 517 Ash Street, Canonsburg, died Thursday, June 18, 1998, in the Allegheny University Hospitals, Canonsburg. Mrs. Brown was a lifelong area resident, who did housekeeping work in the Canonsburg area. She was Protestant. She made her home with Louis and Mary Ann Gayarski since 1954. Deceased are her husband, Robert Brown, who died in 1954; a son, Robert Brown; two brothers, James and Earl Horton; one sister, Marie Koroshes; and one grandson, Russell Brown.
