Elizabeth Franks Gusich, 77, of Carmichaels, formerly of Nemacolin, died at 4:26 a.m. Thursday, June 18, 1998, at Vencor Hospital, Pittsburgh. Mrs. Gusich resided in Greene County most of her life. Her first husband, Glen C. Franks, died in 1945. On September 5, 1964, she married Rudolph E. Gusich, who died February 7, 1996. Surviving are a daughter, Glenda P. Cunningham of Silver Spring, Md.; five granddaughters, Robin Feigenbaum, Christina Veizis, Karen Lavery, Kimberly Tedrow and Kelly Franks; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Mabel Wydick of Point Marion; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are a son, Wayne C. Franks; three brothers, Robert, Kenneth and Charles Doty; and a sister, Pearl Colvin.
