Helen McVay Milligan, 69, of Pennsylvania Avenue, Cameron, W.Va., died early Sunday, June 21, 1998, in the Cameron Continuous Care Center. Mrs. Milligan was a member of First Baptist Church and the American Legion Auxiliary, both in Cameron. Surviving are her husband, Edward J. Milligan; four daughters, Shirley Strope, Mary Chambers and Susan Coffee, all of Cameron, and Marcella Pirone of Pittsburgh; two sons, Jerry Baldwin of Richmond, Texas, and Glenn Baldwin of Cameron; two sisters, Mary Gump of Barrickville, W.Va., and Charlotte Bodine of Covington, Ind.; two brothers, Samuel Berdett McVay of Warren, Ohio, and Dale McVay of Cameron; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
