Harold H. Fee, 77, of Richmond Hill, Ga., formerly of Washington, died Tuesday, June 23, 1998. Mr. Fee lived most of his life in Washington County. He was a truck driver and a Protestant. Surviving are his wife, Lorraine Talbot Fee; his twin sister, Helen Galuska of Washington; and another sister, Edith Murdy of Washington. Deceased are a brother, Stanley Fee; and two sisters, Margaret Cumer and Mildred Fee. Private services were held in Savannah, Ga.
