Anna B. Shipe, 79, of Carmichaels, died at 7:49 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, 1998, in Mt. Macrina Manor, Uniontown. Mrs. Shipe was a member of Greene Valley Presbyterian Church of Carmichaels. She was a graduate of Brownsville High School and had resided in the Carmichaels area since 1941. On November 4, 1939, she married Benjamin H. Shipe Jr., who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Nancy J. Shipe of Carmichaels; two grandchildren, J. Brian and A. Benjamin; a sister, Wilma Webster of Uniontown; and several nieces and nephews.
