Georgie Frye, 92, formerly of Washington, died Thursday, June 25, 1998, in Horizon Senior Care, Canonsburg. Mrs. Frye was a homemaker and a Methodist. On April 27, 1929, she married George D. Frye, who died April 1, 1980. Surviving are a daughter, Geraldine Martin of Rochester; a son, Theodore Ronald Frye of Amity; three sisters in West Virginia; three grandchildren, Barbara, Kathy and Denny Martin; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Deceased are a son, Luther Frye, and a grandson, James Martin. At the request of the deceased, services and burial in Ruff Creek Cemetery will be private.
