Albert Conrad Jones Jr., 62, of Church Street, Washington, died at 3:25 a.m. Sunday, June 28, 1998, at Washington Hospital. Mr. Jones was a millwright employed by Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel coke plant, Follansbee, W.Va., for 44 years. He served with the U. S. Army Reserves for six years. Mr. Jones was a member of North Buffalo Presbyterian Church, a member of the Friday Night High Rollers and Sunday Night Pin Busters at Route 19 Bowl. He was a high school graduate and enjoyed bowling, hunting and fishing. On June 19, 1981, he married Luetta Coral Spragg Jones who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Albert Ross Jones of Yorkville, Ohio, and Thomas Jones of Brilliant, Ohio; four daughters, Dawn Howard Miles of Washington, Sue Jones of Martins Ferry, Ohio, Joyce Weaver of Sedro Woolley, Wash., and Ann Ward of New Hampshire; three brothers, Kenneth Jones, Robert Jones of Slovan, and William Jones of Washington; two sisters, Dorris Miller of Coudersport, and Carol Barvinski of Wilkes Barre; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
