Helen Koch, 89, of Monongahela, died Saturday, June 27, 1998, in Washington County Health Center, Washington. Mrs. Koch was Protestant. Her husband, Robert F. Koch Sr., died August 11, 1982. Surviving are a son, Robert F. Koch Jr. of Harrisburg; a daughter, Eileen Dipaola of Monongahela; three grandchildren, Sherra Mancuso, Michael Dipaola and Kathleen Mosely; and four great-grandchildren. Deceased, in addition to her husband, are two grandchildren, Robin and Scott Koch; five brothers, Steve, Mickey, George, Ben and John Sapos; and two sisters, Elizabeth Barney and Ethel Frazziti.
