Catherine V. Tirimacco, 87, of 116 Hutchinson Avenue, Canonsburg, died Sunday, June 29, 1998, in her home, following and extended illness. Mrs. Tirimacco had lived her entire life in the Houston and Canonsburg area where she was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Parish, Christian Mothers and Guild and the Jefferson College Historical Society. She had been employed as a supervisor at the former Continental Can Company, and as cook at both the Royal Grill and prior to her retirement, in the Jefferson Room. On April 30, 1938, she married Edward A. Tirimacco who died April 9, 1984. Surviving are a daughter, Katherine A. Tirimacco with whom she made her home; a son, Philip S. Tirimacco of Chicago, Ill.; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Tirimacco was the last of her immediate family. Deceased are four brothers, Robert, Frank, Arthur and John Oliverio; and a sister, who died in infancy. Arrangements are incomplete and being handled by the Joseph P. Salandra Funeral Home, 304 W.
