Eva "Sis" Litten Benjamin, 91, of First Street, Mather, died at 6:40 p.m. Friday, June 5, 1998, in Greene County Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Benjamin lived most of her life in Greene County, where she was a homemaker and a clerk at the Mather post office. She was a member of Mather Christian Church and a Sunday school teacher. Her husband, Cliffe Benjamin, died in 1964. Surviving are four grandchildren, Vickie Cooley of Lake Worth, Fla., Lori Hutchinson of Graysville, Terri Litten of East View and Joni Cole of Waynesburg; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
