BALABAN - Friends of Thomas J. Balaban Jr. of Carmichaels, who died Tuesday, February 24, 1998, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday in the Paul M. Lesako Funeral Home, 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels. A prayer service will be held at 11a.m. Saturday, February 28, in the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. in St. Hugh Roman Catholic Church in Carmichaels, with the Rev. Francis Nazimek officiating. Interment in Greene County Memorial Park, Waynesburg. A Rosary recitation will be held at 8:30 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.

BERRY - Friends of James C. Berry of Library, who died Thursday, February 26, 1998, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday in the David J. Henney Funeral Home, 6364 Library Road, Route 88, Library, where a service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 2. Interment in Jefferson Memorial Park.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 28, in St. Clements Church, Ellsworth, with Rev. Michael T. Gubanich officiating. HOFFMAN - At the request of the deceased, Mary M. "Flora" Hoffman, of Greensburg, who died Wednesday, February 25, 1998, there will be no public viewing. A private funeral service will be held with her minister, the Rev. James R. Wagner, officiating. Private interment will follow in the Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
