CECIL - Friends of Lillian Cecil of Fayette Street, Washington, who died Sunday, March 8, 1998, will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday and 1 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where burial services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 11. Interment in Beallsville Cemetery.
