Natalie Elizabeth Allen, 20, of West Street, Waynesburg, died Wednesday, March 11, 1998, at UPMC Presbyterian. Miss Allen was a 1995 graduate of Waynesburg Central High School and a graduate of Greene County Vocational-Technical School as a licensed practical nurse. She was an LPN at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, W.Va. She lived in Waynesburg all of her life, where she was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. She had been working on becoming a registered nurse. Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her maternal grandmother, Helen Fizer of West Newton; paternal grandmother, Ruth Allen of Waynesburg; a sister, Alana Mechem of Monongahela; a brother, Barnes Allen Jr. of Mars; and a niece and nephew.
