Anthony W. Celli, 29, of Cheyenne, Wyo., died Wednesday, March 11, 1998, in United Medical Center-West, Cheyenne. Mr. Celli had lived in Cheyenne for seven years, where he was a hairdresser at Regis Hairstylists in the Frontier Mall. Surviving, in addition to his parents, is a sister, Dominette Celli of Cheyenne. Cremation took place in Cheyenne Memorial Gardens and a memorial service will be held in Cheyenne.
