Word has been received of the death of Edward Mamrack, 78, of Mentor on the Lake, Ohio, who died Saturday, February 28, 1998, in his home. Mr. Mamrack graduated from Canonsburg High School in 1937 and was a graduate of Western Reserve Law School. He was a lawyer in the Cleveland, Ohio, area until his retirement. He served as a registrar in a medic unit with the U.S. Army during World War II. Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth Donovan Mamrack; a daughter, Marcy Morrison of Manlius, N.Y.; two sons, Mark Mamrack of Yellow Springs, Ohio, and E. Daniel Mamrack of Mentor, Ohio; two sisters, Anna M. Funka of Houston and Bertha M. Sanger of Oxford, Mass.; and two granddaughters, Katie and Lauren Mamrack. Deceased are two brothers, John and August Mamrack; and a sister, Elizabeth M. Lindstrom. A graveside memorial service will be held in Cleveland at a later date.
