Mary M. Chopp Carrara, 89, of 13 Binotto Street, Lawrence, died unexpectedly Saturday, March 14, 1998, in her home. She was a member of SNPJ Lodge 245 for 73 years and a member of the former St. Elizabeth Church. She was a homemaker. Her husband, Albert P. Carrara, died June 10, 1984. Surviving are a son, John Chopp of Lawrence; a daughter, Bernadine Giammarco of Lawrence; a sister, Katherine Pease of Follansbee, W.Va.; two grandchildren, John A. Chopp and Dana Curley; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased, in addition to her husband, are a son, Albert J.
