Warwick Maurice Phillips, 78, of Dilliner R.D.1 (Taylortown), died Friday, February 27, 1998, in his home. During World War II, he served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Phillips worked as a driver and dispatcher for Yellow Cab Co. On June 12, 1938, he married Betty L. Smith, with whom he celebrated 59 years of marriage. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, Maurice Neil Phillips of Taylortown; two daughters, Charlotte Anne Gabor of Springfield, Va., and Linda K.
