Word has been recieved of the death of Earl R. Petre Jr., 46, who died March 9, 1998, in Peters Township. He was a veteran of U.S. military service and was employed as a clerk in vital records. Surviving, in addition to his mother, are a son, Jason Petre of Wexford; a daughter, Joanna M. Erliner of New Eagle; a brother, James S. Petre of New Eagle; a sister, Carol A. Petre of Peters Township; and two grandchildren. A memorial service was held in the chapel of Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray, Thursday, March 19. The Rev. James M.
