Marylou Alta McGinnis Fraley, 87, formerly of Pleasant Grove, died Wednesday, March 25, 1998, at Presbyterian Medical Center, Washington. Mrs. Fraley was a member of Mary Elizabeth Old Regular Baptist Church in Hatfield, Ky. On September 18, 1932, she married John B. Fraley of Hatfield. Mrs. Fraley was a mother and homemaker, who enjoyed sewing, quilting and gardening. Surviving are five daughters, Viva Fraley Riggle, Elsie Fraley Ozarowsky and Manda Sue Fraley Malo, all of Washington, LaVerne Fraley Hampe of Waynesburg, and Ina Fraley Boyle of Claysville; four sons, Merrill John Fraley of Vine Grove, Ky., Wallace Monroe Fraley of Bowling Green, Ky., Raymond Zader Fraley of Claysville and Norman Douglas Fraley of Washington; 26 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are four brothers, Elijah, John, Willie and Nim McGinnis; two sisters, Manda Scalf and Sarah Delong; and three children, Roy, Ray and Bertha Carol Fraley.
