Donald E. Williams, 77, of Bethel Park, died Wednesday, March 25, 1998. Mr. Williams was formerly employed by U.S. Steel. He was a veteran of World War II and was a POW for two years in Germany. Surviving are his wife, Betty J. Towner Williams; two sons, Donald B. Williams and Scott Allan Williams, both of Pittsburgh; two brothers, Edward L. Williams and Robert C.
