Lillian Cecil, 79, of Fayette Street, Washington, died at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 8,1998, in Washington Hospital, following a lengthy illness. She was a homemaker. She was married to John Cecil Sr., who died July 22, 1987. Surviving are three sons, Ronald Blaze of Marianna, John Cecil Jr. and Nick Cecil, both of Washington; three brothers, Fred, Sam and Harry Evans, all of Washington; three sisters, Rita Jenkins and Anna Carrow, both of Washington, and Nettie Charnesky of Bethel Park; nine grandchildren, Lisa Ann, Tina Marie, Ronald, Steve, Renee, Michelle, John III, Nick and Richard; and 13 great-grandchildren. Deceased, in addition to her parents and her husband are four brothers, Mike, Richard, Charles, and William Evans.
