Ernest C. Kramer Jr., 67, of McDonald, died April 22, 1998, at Latrobe Area Hospital, Westmoreland. Mr. Kramer was a retired railroad worker and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Surviving are two sons, Ronald of Carnegie and John of McDonald; a daughter, Lisa Delancey of Ligonier; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a brother, Michael of McDonald; and two sisters, Trudy Polen of Burgettstown and Eileen Kophazi of Florida.
