Ralph Herbert Hoy, 66, who died February 21, 1998, in Folsom, Calif. Mr. Hoy was a Washington native. Surviving are his wife, Genevieve T. Hoy of Folsom; two daughters, Robin Daziell of Folsom, and Kathryn Dallas of Freemont, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased is a sister, Genevieve Hoy Eddy. Services were held in St. Johns Catholic Church in Folsom. Interment was private. Donations may be made to the Diabetes Association.
