James Robert Buckholt, four months, of North Main Street, Houston, died Monday, May 11, 1998, in Allegheny University Hospitals, Canonsburg. James Robert had been baptized at Grove Presbyterian Church in West Middletown on Sunday. Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his twin brother, Joshua David; and a sister, Donna Elizabeth Buckholt, both at home; his maternal grandparents, Leanna Swierczek of Avella and Douglas Charlesworth of Burgettstown; maternal great-grandfather, David Patterson Sr. of Avella; paternal grandparents, James Robert Jr. and Donna Buckholt of Houston; and paternal great-grandmother, Fay Thompson of Monongahela.
