Myra "Jackie" Barnish, 54, of Salt Lake City, Utah, died May 1, 1998, in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Barnish was a guide at Hogle Zoo, where she enjoyed working with animals. On May 27, 1967, in Elko, Nev., she married John Charles Barnish, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Stephen R. and Rich Barnish; and a granddaughter, Maggie Barnish, all of Salt Lake City.
