Elsie M. Miller, 82, of Jefferson R.D.1, died Tuesday, May 19, 1998, in Franklin Care Center, Waynesburg. Mrs. Miller lived most of her life in Jefferson, where she attended Jefferson Church of the Nazarene. She was a homemaker. Surviving are her son, Larry Miller; and a grandson, Eric John Miller, both of Jefferson.
