Somer C. Beaver, 81, of Venetia, died Thursday, May 21, 1998, in his home. Mr. Beaver was a member of Peters Creek Baptist Church for more than 60 years. Surviving are his wife, Doris J. Beaver; a daughter, Janice E. Cribbs of McMurray; a son, Gary L. Beaver of Prosperity; two brothers, George C. Beaver of Columbus, S.C., and T.
