BAILEY - Friends of Frank J. Bailey of Old National Pike, Fredericktown, Centerville Borough, who died Monday, May 18, 1998, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Greenlee Funeral Home, Route 40, Beallsville, where a blessing service will be held at 11:15 a.m. Thursday, May 21, followed at noon by Mass for Ascension in the Parish of St. Oliver Plunkett, St. Michael the Archangel Church, Fredericktown, with the Rev. Edward S. Litavec as celebrant. Interment in Taylor Cemetery, West Pike Run Township. Parish vigil will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Full military rites will be accorded by Hancock-McCune-Horne American Legion Post 705 of Centerville.

Gideon, of Carmichaels, who died at 6:50 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, 1998, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday, May 22, at Yoskovich Funeral Home, 300 South Vine Street, Route 88, Carmichaels, followed by a service at 1 p.m. at Greene Valley Presbyterian Church, Carmichaels, with the Rev. HILLIER - An informal gathering will be held for John William "Jake" Hillier of McMurray, who died Saturday, May 16, 1998, from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the residence, 11 Sherwood Drive, McMurray. A memorial service will be held Friday, May 22 in Ontario, Canada. McLEAN - A prayer service will be held for James Patrick McLean of California state, who died Saturday, May 16, 1998, at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in St. John Vianney Catholic Church, Walnut Creek, Calif., where a funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 22.
