John Daniel Arquillo, 33, of Burke, Va., died Wednesday, May 27, 1998. Surviving in addition to his parents, are his wife, Pamela Daily Arquillo; three sons, Nicholas John, Michael Ryan and Jackson Daniel Arquillo, all at home; a sister, Barbara Ann Vance of Salt Lake City, Utah; his paternal grandmother, Virginia Laffazio Arquillo of Monongahela; and maternal grandfather, John P. lewis of Knoxville, Tenn., formerly of New Eagle.
