Hubert Martin, 76, of Canonsburg, formerly of Pittsburgh, died Sunday, May 3, 1998, in the South Hills Convalescent Center, Canonsburg. He had lived in Canonsburg for the past 10 years. Mr. Martin was a welder and driller, having been employed by both Cunningham and Raymond International. Prior to his retirement, he worked for Penn Drilling Co. On September 30, 1944, he married Germaine Adelen, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Bernard M. Martin of Canonsburg; a granddaughter, Elise M. Martin; a brother, Marcel Martin of Pittsburgh; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased, in addition to his parents, is a brother, Gerard Martin, who died in infancy.
