Ginger Lea Kiger Van Cook, 42, of Waynesburg, died at 9:15 a.m. Saturday, May 2, 1998, in her home. Although she had been in poor health for several years, her death was unexpected. She had been a resident of Waynesburg and the Greene County area most of her life. She was a member of the Waynesburg Bible Chapel and was very involved in its missions program, and was a 1974 graduate of Waynesburg High School. Surviving, in addition to her mother, are three daughters, Tina M. Van Cook of Mechanicsburg, Bridget D. Van Cook and Salina D. Van Cook, both at home; four brothers, Russell Kiger, Paul Kiger and Joseph Kiger, all of Waynesburg, and Mark Kiger of DuBois; and a sister, Belle Ann Rush of Sycamore.
