Ann A. DeVine Como, 74, of 726 West Pike Street, Houston, died Monday, May 4, 1998, in Washington County Health Center, following an extended illness. Mrs. Como resided in the Canonsburg-Houston area most of her life. She was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, Canonsburg, and attended Chartiers High School until her senior year. Surviving are her husband, Gene A. Como; three sons, Geno Como of Pittsburgh, James Como of Amherst, Mass., and Dennis Como of La Canada, Calif.; a daughter, Darlene Witzel of Houston; a sister, Mary E. Haley of Muse; a brother, Cornelius DeVine of Washington; eight grandchildren, Paris, Chloe, Danny, Johanna and Giovianni Como, Kristin Clewes and Joss and Adam Witzel; and three great-grandchildren.
