John E. Shiben II, 32, of Moundsville R.D.1, W.Va., died Thursday, May 7, 1998, at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, W.Va. Mr. Shiben was an employee of Burns Drilling and Excavating Co., Wind Ridge, and was a member of the Wayman Ridge United Methodist Church, Moundsville. Surviving are his wife, Tammy Cumpston Shiben; a son, Trace Matthew Shiben, at home; two daughters, Randi Lynn and Tilynn Rae, both at home; his mother, Edna Shiben of Moundsville; his father, John Edward Shiben of Wheeling; and a sister, Vicki Merinar of Sand Hill, W.Va.
