Anita R. Tarr

Anita R. Tarr, 72, of South Fayette, died Thursday, October 29, 1998, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

She was born May 1, 1926, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Harry and Anna Werwie Reitmeyer.

On May 30, 1947, she married John (Jack) Tarr, who survives.

Also surviving are three sons, John Tarr Jr. of South Fayette, David Tarr of Los Angeles, Calif., and Blair Tarr of Santa Monica, Calif.; a daughter, Ellen Tarr of Los Angeles; four brothers, Robert, Samuel, James and David Reitmeyer; and two sisters, Martha Meyer and Sylvia Hall.

Deceased are a brother, Leonard Reitmeyer; and two sisters, Mary Ann Reitmeyer and Ruth Kuhn.
