Anna Dubinsky Korba, 82, of Canonsburg, died Saturday, November 7, 1998. Mrs. Korba spent the last 50 years of her life in Canonsburg. She was a member of St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church of Canonsburg; the St. Michael Ladies Guild; the Jednota; Greek Catholic Union; Catholic Daughters of America; the Rosary Society of St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church; and the Byzantine Catholic Choir. Mrs. Korba had worked as a licensed practical nurse at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, for 15 years, and was the bookkeeper at Katz Brothers Hardware Store in Canonsburg for 40 years. She was a 1935 graduate of Washington High School; a graduate of Penn Commercial School of Business; and a graduate of Allegheny School of Nursing. Her husband, Michael Korba, died April 17, 1950. Surviving are a son, Michael John Korba of Laurel, Md.; two daughters, Helen Ann Cesari of Rockville, Md., and Joyce Marie Dreeland of McMurray; a brother, Branko Stupar of Potomac, Md.; a sister, Helen Stupar Tatalovich of Las Vegas, Nev.; six grandchildren, Linda Dreeland, Wendy Dreeland, Leigh Korba, Erin Korba, Marc Cesari and Michael Korba Jr.; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are three brothers, Joseph Dubinsky, John Dubinsky and Milosh Stupar; and two sisters, Mary Marinski and Katherine Dubinsky.
