Dorothy M. Loughman, 72, of Rose Avenue, Washington, died at 7:50 a.m. Thursday, November 12, 1998, in Washington Hospital, following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Loughman was a member of Fourth Presbyterian Church and prior to her retirement had been employed by Taggart Valley Glass and Metro Glass. She was a 1943 graduate of Morris Township High School. On May 17, 1946, she married Kenneth D. "Ki" Loughman Sr., who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Diane Voytek of West Middletown; a brother, G. Albert Cole of Washington; a sister, Betty C. Dille of Washington; five grandchildren, Dustin, Jared and Kimberly Loughman, Michele Gordon and Debra Elza; and one great-grandchild. Deceased are two sons, Robert Merle Loughman and Kenneth D.
