Luther E. Milspaw, 84, of Venetia, died Thursday, November 12, 1998, in Manor Care Nursing Home, Bethel Park. Mr. Milspaw was a member of Peters Creek United Presbyterian Church, Venetia, for more than 41 years; a member of Lodge 547 of the Fraternal Order of Masons, Coudersport Consistory; and a member of Syria Mosque. Mr. Milspaw was a World War II veteran, having served with the Royal Air Force in England, and was a 1937 graduate of Grove City College, obtaining a bachelor of science degree. He retired in 1973 from Bell Telephone after 36 years of service, which included a variety of management positions in the plant and personnel departments. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Johnson Milspaw; three sons, Luther E. Milspaw Jr. of Harrisburg, Robert F. Milspaw of McMurray and Geoffrey L. Milspaw of Atlanta, Ga.; a daughter, Margaret S.
