Charles Roger Walters Jr., 39, of Monongahela, died Thursday, November 12, 1998. Mr. Walters was a 1976 graduate of Ringgold High School and a graduate of Mon Valley Vocational-Technical School. He was a self-employed electrician in the Mon Valley area and was contracted with several different area school districts for the transportation of school children. Mr. Walters was Protestant. Surviving are his wife, Lonna DeRosa Walters, with whom he celebrated 17 years of marriage July 25, 1998; a daughter, Stoni Lynn Walters, at home; two sisters, Barbara Coleman of Washington and Cathy Koontz of New Eagle; and two brothers, Eric Walters of Monongahela and Chris Walters of Conneaut Lake. Deceased are his paternal grandparents, Charles "Mandy" and Gertrude Walters; and his maternal grandparents, James and Fannie Shook.
