Leoda R. Dicey, 67, of 97 Woodland Avenue, Waynesburg, died at 4 a.m. Friday, November 13, 1998, at her residence. Mrs. Dicey was a homemaker and a member of First Presbyterian Church, Waynesburg. Surviving are a daughter, Rosemarie Morehead of Waynesburg; a son, Charles E. Dicey Jr. of Gaithersburg, Md.; five grandchildren, Martin, Douglas Jr. and Patrick Dicey and William Jr. and Shane Morehead; a sister, Ethel Smidth of Canonsburg; two brothers, Richard Bowland of Murfreesboro, Tenn., and Daniel Bowland of Southview; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased are her husband, Charles E. Dicey Sr., who died October 17, 1988; a son, Douglas Dicey Jr.; and a brother, James Bowland. There will be no public visitation, and services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
