Harry V. Gregory, 64, of Waynesburg R.D.3, died Saturday, November 14, 1998, in Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va., following a lengthy illness.

He was born September 27, 1934, in Canonsburg, a son of Mary Tomor Gregory of Cecil and the late Harry Joseph Gregory.
Mr. Gregory worked as a coal miner for Cyprus Cumberland Resources in Kirby and was a member of United Mine Workers of America.
He was a former resident of Canonsburg and had lived in Waynesburg since 1979.
Mr. Gregory was Catholic and enjoyed fishing and golf.
On July 7, 1956, he married Karen Hervol, who survives.
Surviving, in addition to his wife and mother, are a daughter, Kim Snyder of Hamilton, Ohio; three sons, William and Robert Gregory, both of San Mateo, Calif., and Jason Gregory, at home; five grandchildren; a great-grandson; a brother, Richard Gregory of Canonsburg; a sister, Carol Ann Teyssier of Cecil; and several nieces and nephews.
An infant brother is deceased.
