Oviedo Ulala Kelley, 79, of Duvall Road, Charleroi, Fallowfield Township, died at 1:04 p.m. Saturday, November 14, 1998, in Mon Valley Hospital. Mrs. Kelley was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Bentleyville. On February 18, 1935, she married John Paul Kelley, who died October 28, 1995. Surviving are four daughters, Paulette Minnicks of North Huntingdon, Laura Kelley of Carnegie, Viola Jones of Belle Vernon and June Kelley of Charleroi; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Deceased, in addition to her husband, are a son, Earnest Kelley, who died in 1989; a brother, Ronald Stallings; and a sister, Juanita Jordan.
