Rex Ted Lehew, 60, of Jefferson Avenue, Washington, died at 10:15 p.m. Saturday, November 14, 1998, in his home following a brief illness. He was Baptist. Mr. Lehew had been employed as a custodian at Alpine Lanes in Washington and was a social member of the Alpine Club. On April 20, 1970, he married Elsie Mae Dalton, who survives. Also surviving are five sons, Preston J. Foster of Front Royal, Va., James Edward Foster of Damascus, Md., John W. Lehew of Belle Vernon, David Lee Foster of Washington and Kenneth Wade Foster of Donora; three daughters, Barbara Tusing of Monrovia, Md., M.
