Harold E. "Dixie" Seabright, 92, of McDonald (North Fayette Township), died Monday, November 16, 1998, in his home. Mr. Seabright graduated from Finley High School and spent much of his life farming in North Fayette Township. During World War II, he fired the boilers for Champion Coal Co. He worked in the maintenance department for West Allegheny School District for 14 years and also was a substitute mail carrier for the McDonald R.D.1 route. On June 21, 1930, he married Florence C. Simonson, who survives. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son Harold E. "Lucky" Seabright of McDonald; two daughters, Elaine Deemer Yospyn of Monroeville and Dixie Lee Murray of Brockway; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
