Lottie Brown, 84, of Mather, died Saturday, October 31, 1998, in Rolling Meadows Nursing Home, Waynesburg. Mrs. Brown was a homemaker and had lived in Mather since 1983. She was a member of Rolling Meadows Church of God in Waynesburg. Surviving are a son, Russell E. Brown Jr. of Cleveland, Ohio; a daughter, Charlotte Carlo of Staten Island, N.Y.; four grandchildren, Sharon Christopher, Gail Stanz, Charlene Dertinger and Joshua Carlo; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Wanda Petrick of Ravenna, Ohio, and Blanche Petros of Mather; and three brothers, Joseph Petros of Clarksville R.D. 1, John Petros of Easton, Kan., and Thomas Petros of Warren, Ohio. Deceased are her husband, Russell E. Brown, who died in 1986; four brothers, Stanley, Chester, Edward and Walter Petros.
