Ronald D. Chuba, 61, of Southview Road, McDonald, formerly of Washington, D.C., died Saturday, October 31, 1998, in his home. He was a graduate of Canonsburg High School and Duquesne University. Mr. Chuba had been employed as an accountant for the federal program of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). He served in the U.S. Army. Surviving are three brothers, William Chuba of Canonsburg, Richard Chuba of Whittier, Calif., and John Michael Grcich of Hickory; a sister, Joyce Phenicie of Hickory; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, November 2, in the Hickory United Presbyterian Church, Hickory.
